If you need that broken down for you: "The Nazis didn't lose the war, they just had to move" (Mark Phillips, former CIA operative).
After learning from Hitler's top scientists, the foremost psychiatrist of his time tortured mental patients in Canada from 1957-1964 in mind control experiments.
Modern psychiatry and modern medicine were shaped by these Nazis, and the idea of using mass chemicals on humanity came from them.

Nazi war criminals didn't get tried at Nuremberg. Only a small few got to face justice. Otherwise Simon Wissenthal would not have had a case.
Military, police and science experts were sought by governments all over the world for their skills, so the Gestapo leaders found their way to the US, Russia, and South America, where their identities were washed and covered.
It is well known, for instance, that the Chilean police was trained by former Gestapo executives, and they used their skills in the 1973 coup, and this with the full knowledge and approval of the US government.
Does anyone need proof that the Nazis were given a clean slat and brought to the US to use their skills too? Just look at Werner Von Braun, inventor of the V1 and V2 missiles, who then came to the US, was hired by NASA, and eventually designed the Apollo Project.
Tom Lehrer humorously portrayed him as having said "once rocket are up, who care where they come down, that's not my department".
I suppose German doctors who happen to rush to Amerika in 1945 to go from high-paying positions in the Third Reich to high-paying positions in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, could have a similar song sung to them...
Now, if anyone reading these lines understands Spanish, please reserve an hour and watch this documentary:
